Custom Miniature Headers

We fabricate custom miniature heating elements and heater assemblies using mineral oxide cable. Mineral oxide cable consists of two heating element wires insulated by high purity magnesium oxide encased in a round sheath made from inconel tubing. This is produced in the same manner as thermocouple cable.

Cable diameters range from 0.020" to 0.188". These are custom designed to customer requirements. Typical applications include heated blades and tubes, miniature furnaces, and heaters. The heating wires are typically attached to another metal part used to radiate or transfer heat to a working element of our customer’s design. We also fabricate thermocouple assemblies.
