Hypodermic Tube Fabrication

We are highly skilled in custom precision hypodermic tube fabrication. Burr free cutting of hypodermic tubing is accomplished with our automatic electrochemical cutting machine, ECM. This high speed cutting method produces accurate, repeatable, tight tolerance cutting with virtually no burrs. The excess material is carried away in the electrochemical cutting process leaving a very clean cut end.

Very thin wall tubing will actually have a small radius on the inside and outside edges. Bending, swaging, flaring, beading, welding, brazing and other assembly techniques are employed to provide our customers with small diameter tube components that are reliable, accurate and consistent. Burr free holes can burned through the tubing wall using our ram EDM machine. Accurate holes, slots and other shapes are easily reproduced using custom electrode designs. We are also adept at manufacturing thermocouple assemblies and thermo wells made with hypodermic tubing.
