We have extensive experience in providing tube assemblies of all kinds. We can weld and braze screw machined fittings and components for a wide variety of applications. Flare fittings can be installed and tube ends flared to provide quick assembly and hook up in the field or assembly line.
Tube assemblies for heat transfer devices and die casting applications are common. Corrosion resistant metals such as stainless steel and inconel are used for high heat or corrosive environments. Welded frames and assemblies from miniature hypodermic tubes up to 2” square structural steel are typical products. Electrical devices such as heaters and thermocouples are easily produced. We also fabricate heater cables using mineral oxide cable. These are commonly attached to tube shapes for use as heating chambers, ovens, or as heated blades and tools.
